We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All repair estimates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change based on further inspection.
We will contact you for approval if any additional repairs are required beyond the initial estimate.
Unclaimed bikes or items left for more than 30 days after notification of service completion may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
Payment is due at the time of pickup or before delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases where applicable.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Installed or used parts, custom orders, and labor fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products sold at our shop. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating the warranty process.
Service and repairs are covered by a limited 30-day guarantee on workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear or misuse.
We are not liable for damage or loss due to circumstances beyond our control, including theft, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
Customers are responsible for the safe use of bikes and products purchased from us.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
